Air Classifier Mill
How It Works
The machine features a vertical cylindrical design, integrating an ultra-fine grinding mill at the base with a high-precision air classifier at the top. The grinding chamber pulverizes various pyrolysis chars into fine powder to achieve optimal de-agglomeration, effectively releasing primary carbon black particles from the mineral matrix. This powder then rises to the grading chamber, where a high-speed impeller separates it: high-purity rCB particles are discharged for collection, while oversized powder is automatically redirected to the grinding zone for further processing.
Both the grinding disc and classifying impeller are powered by independent driving systems, with variable speed control on the impeller to allow for precise adjustment of D90 < 10μm fineness and purity levels. A specialized screw feeding system ensures uniform material input, with the feed rate fully adjustable via frequency control to maintain optimal balance between throughput and separation efficiency.
Performance Features
Forced Circulation for Coarse Particles & Ultra-Low Residue
Equipped with a specialized external circulation pipe and an integrated Venturi tube, the system generates powerful suction to enforce continuous recirculation of coarse particles. This design strictly eliminates bypass, satisfying the most stringent residue control standards to guarantee absolute purity in high-cleanliness environments.
JCSM-E Series: Widened Hammers for Enhanced Impactor Power
The JCSM-E model features an engineered, widened hammer geometry that maximizes the material contact area and amplifies impact forces. While strictly preserving particle uniformity, it significantly accelerates breakdown efficiency, making it ideal for traditional high-fineness processing.
Precision Parameter Control for Mainstream High-Standard Applications
By delivering exact control over core operating parameters, the system offers exceptional versatility. It reliably meets the premium purity and particle sizing benchmarks demanded by mainstream industrial applications, empowering enterprises to achieve standardized, highly efficient production.
Exceptional Fineness & Rigorous Residue Benchmarks
The system consistently achieves an exceptional residue rate of under 30.0 ppm post-crushing, with fineness reaching well over 500 mesh. This outstanding classification accuracy ensures premium product quality and stability, fully meeting rigorous client expectations.
JRTM-E Series: Multi-Tier Blades & Turbo Classification for High-End Extremes
The JRTM-E model integrates 4 to 7 tiers of advanced crushing blades alongside a built-in high-precision turbo classifier. This dual-action synergy shatters conventional limits, driving residues down to an ultra-low < 15.0 ppm with a +500 mesh fineness for elite, ultra-pure application scenarios.
